Baby Seats:
There is no charge for providing a baby seat. Please advise us on the age of the baby when making a booking, so we can provide the right size. We offer seats for children up to 3 years old.
o Additional stop and diversion. Normally there is a small charge for additional stops and diversion of rout chosen by customers.
o Checking your flight.
We monitor flight arrivals and departures from BAA web site online 24 hrs a day, There is no extra charge from customers for the flight delays.
o Car park fee.
Car park fees are charged from customers, how ever to reduce these charges we send drivers in the car park 20 mints after the flight touches down.
Please note:
o Babies are counted as passengers
o Take into account any additional or oversized luggage
o Stroller are counted as one normal luggage
o Foldable wheelchairs are generally counted as one normal luggage
o If there are more than 4 passengers, you have to book 2 cars or an MPV (normally takes 6 passengers)
o Luggage must fit in to the boot of the car.
o Cancellation of your car: All airport bookings must be cancelled 2 hours prior to the pick up time, Other bookings must be cancelled 1 hour prior to the pick up time.
